Experimental study on First Molding of Potassium Sulfate

利用挤压造粒装置对粉料硫酸钾一次成型造粒进行了探索试验和系统试验,试验结果表明:2%~3.3%为最佳原料水分条件,干粉料加离心机湿料混合造粒效果优于干粉料加水。

The experimental and systematic tests on the primary pelletizing of potassimn sul- fate in powder were carried out by using the extrusion granulation device. The test results showed that 2% - 3.3% was the best raw material moisture condition, and the granulation effect of dry powder with centrifuge wet material mixing was better than dry powder and water.
