摘要
建立了微波消解—离子色谱法测定土壤中钠、钾元素的方法。比较超声萃取、微波辅助萃取、微波消解等对土壤中钠、钾、镁、钙的提取效率,对土壤微波消除条件进行了具体优化,发展了微波消解—离子色谱法测定土壤中钠、钾的方法。结果表明,采用微波消解法相对于超声萃取和微波辅助萃取法的提取率较高,微波消解—离子色谱法具有较好的精密度(n=5,RSD<2.1%)和准确度(回收率85%~91.8%)。微波消解—离子色谱法可一次性准确测定土壤中钠、钾元素,为准确测定土壤中元素含量,了解土壤肥力、评价土壤环境质量提供了技术支持。
It was established the microwave digestion - ion chromatography method determination of sodium and potassium in soil. It was compared ultrasonic extraction, nficrowave assisted extraction, nfierowave, etc. for the extraction efficiency of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium in the soil. The specific optinfization of soil nfierowave elinfination conditions was carried out. The nfierowave digestion - ion chromatography method was developed for the determination of sodium and potassium in soil. Results showed that the nfierowave digestion method was higher than the extraction efficiency of ultrasonic extraction and nfierowave assisted extraction method. The de-velopment of the microwave digestion - ion chromatography method has good precision ( n = 5, RSD 〈 2.1% ) and accuracy (85% - 91.8% recovery rate). Microwave digestion - ion chromatography can be one - time accurate determination of sodium and potassium in soil, which provided the technical support for the accurate determination of element content in soil, and understanding the soil fertility, soil environmental quality evaluation.
