集体行动理论是阐述与解决集体内部利益诉求关系的经典理论,广泛应用于经济学和社会学的研究之中。运用集体行动理论,从社会学的视角,探索集体行动的逻辑下,球员个人与球队集体的利益关系,据此分析球员的行为动机,提出集体激励机制。同时,对集体行动理论下团体运动项目的问题进行了讨论。

Based on collective action theory,the paper discusses the benefit relationship between football player and the team,analyses the motivation of the football players and design a set of collective motivation system.
