摘要
集体备课是促进教师专业发展和提高教学水平的重要途径之一,为探索集体备课对新手大学英语教师的影响,本研究以课例为载体,对比分析了湖北省某高校一新手大学英语教师独立备课与集体备课所产生的不同教学效果,重点关注由四位新手教师参与的集体备课对各自在教学理念上的影响。通过课例研究过程中的课堂观察、测试、访谈及研究结束后对各新手教师的回访发现:集体备课在新手大学英语教师发展、科研意识培养及人文情怀树立等方面均产生了积极影响。
Collective lesson preparation is one of the important ways to promote teachers'professional development and improve the teaching level. In order to explore the influence of collective lesson preparation on the teachers of new college English, this study compares and analyzes the different teaching effects of the independent lesson preparation and the collective preparation of a new college English teacher in a university in Hubei province. Focus on the influence of collective lessons prepared by four novice teachers on their teaching philosophy. Through the classroom observation, test, interview and study in the course of the course, the return visit to the novice teachers found that the collective lesson preparation has had a positive impact on the development of the novice College English teachers, the training of scientific research consciousness and the establishment of humanistic feelings.
