摘要 卓越教师培养计划改革项目是近些年来从教育部到省市以及各类高师院校积极开展和大力扶持的重点项目,各学校在开展卓越教师培养计划实践中出发点不同,方法各异。本文从五个维度,分析了卓越教师培养计划具体实施的理念、内容、路径、方法,期待对地方高师院校优秀化学教师的培养创新有所借鉴。 The excellent teacher training program is asserted to be a key reform project actively carried out and vigorously sup- ported by all sectors, from the Ministry of Education to all provinces and municipalities as well as various normal schools, where the plan is implemented in different ways and from different starting points. This paper, from five dimensions, analyses the concept, the content, the path and methods in the implementation of the excellent teacher training plan, looking forward to performing as a reference for local normal schools in training excellent chemistry teachers.
