果酸换肤联合果酸美白产品治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 黄褐斑是一种获得性皮肤色素沉着过度,通常累及面部的日光暴露区。黄褐斑会严重影响美观并带来相当大的心理上的痛苦,对情绪健康、社交生活及休闲活动均有严重的负面影响。黄褐斑治疗比较困难,治疗包括:系统用药、外用药物、皮肤美白剂、化学换肤术以及激光等治疗。系统用药时间长、见效慢,患者难以坚持,依从性差。激光治疗存在激惹过度或炎症后色素沉着的风险。同时由于没有哪种治疗被证明对所有的黄褐斑有效,故通常会采用联合治疗。
