摘要
对扰流棒的设计进行了系统分析,通过对扰流棒材质、截面尺寸及间距的设计,改进了烘缸排水系统,提出了新的"不溢流"原理,并取得了一项发明专利。
This paper analyzed the design of the turbulence bar of dryer, and put forward a new design principle of "non overflow". The turbulence bar design method for the dryer with different diameters, and running conditions was suggested based on a lot of calculation. A patent of this technology was granted.
