Discussion on the Leakage, Condensation and Getting Musty in Exterior Walls

随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,室内渗漏、结露和长毛成了困扰北方居民的一大难题,本文通过对北方某小区室内长毛的分析及处理,调查了室内结露和长毛现象产生的原因,得到的结果可以为制定防治方案提供参考。

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the leakage, condensation and getting musty indoors become a major obstacle to northern residents in China. By analyzing the musty indoor wall and dealing with the problem for a residential area in North China, the reasons of condensation of frost, moisture and getting musty indoors are investigated. The results can be taken as the reference for the treatment.
