在科学技术迫近而来的现代社会,乡村成了被现代技术遗忘的角落,也造成了乡村技术含量严重不足的现象。在这一历史背景下,中央政府通过政治宣示的方式,推出了"乡村振兴"的国家战略。随之,这一国家战略迅速获得了社会的积极响应与关注。鉴于此,乡村振兴达成了广泛的社会共识。乡村振兴国家战略要想落地,必须实施"战略+技术"的组合模式,必须落实"技术治理"的理念,因此,急需乡村在空间技术、信息技术与农业技术三个层面实现"技术升级"。最后,为了支持"乡村振兴"的国家战略,还必须提高乡村的组织技术与能力,以承接乡村的技术升级。

In the modern society with the rapid growth of science and technology,rural area is a neglected place uncovered by the modern technology,causing the severe technology lack in the countryside. The Rural Revitalization Strategy is proposed by the central government in the manner of political declaration under this historical background,which is followed up by an extensive attention and positive response from the whole society. As a result,broad consensus on the Rural Revitalization Strategy has been reached. The implementation of rural revitalization needs the combined support of strategy and technology with the concept of technology governance. Therefore,the upgrading of space,information and agricultural technology is urgent for rural areas. Finally,rural organizational technology and ability need to be improved to cater to the technology upgrading in countryside.
