信息渠道、金融素养与城乡家庭互联网金融产品的接受意愿 被引量:33

摘要 互联网金融可以降低金融产品成本,扩展金融服务的边界,而互联网金融能否充分发挥金融普惠作用,还受到金融需求主体的接受意愿和使用程度的影响。文章分析城乡家庭对于互联网金融产品的接受、使用及其影响因素,并重点探究信息渠道和金融素养所起的作用及其作用机制。研究发现,城乡家庭对于互联网金融产品的使用存在较大差异,但随着时间的推进,二者之间的差距在逐渐缩小,农村家庭对于互联网金融产品的使用在逐渐增加;信息渠道对城乡家庭互联网金融产品的使用有显著的正向影响,而家庭的金融素养在其中发挥着重要的作用,即金融素养较高的家庭,在繁杂的信息中分析、整理和吸收相关信息的能力较强,从而使得信息渠道增加所带来的使用意愿、使用程度显著提高。因此,加强农村和偏远地区信息基础设施建设,提高弱势群体的金融素养,增强金融信息的监管,是提高城乡家庭互联网金融接受意愿,推进数字普惠金融发展的重要条件。 This paper studied the acceptance,use and its influence factors of the Internet financial product among urban and rural households,and focused on the role of information channel and financial literacy.We found that a big difference exists in the use of the Internet financial product among urban and rural households,but as the time goes on,the gap between them is gradually narrowed. The use of the Internet financial product has been gradually increased in the past two years. We also found that the information channel has shown a significant effect on the use of the Internet financial product,and the family's financial literacy plays an important role in this relationship. The households with higher financial literacy have the ability to analyze,organize and absorb the useful information,which makes the increase brought by information channel more significant. Therefore, strengthening the construction of information infrastructure in rural and remote areas,improving the financial literacy of the vulnerable group,and strengthening the regulation of financial information are the essential prerequisites for increasing the use of the Internet financial product and building financial inclusive system.
