随着电力市场改革的不断深入,电力营销成为电厂经营最重要的工作。面对即将开展的电力现货市场交易,电厂发电成本的实时计算显得尤为重要。对于火力发电机组,其发电成本的构成主要包括容量成本和电量成本,其中容量成本占比较低且相对稳定。电量成本主要包含总燃料成本,辅机电耗成本,环保成本和维护成本。本文针对电量成本各组成部分,基于电厂SIS系统实时数据,进行精细化计算,得出发电企业各机组发电总成本和企业发电总成本,为电力市场竞价提供可靠的数据支撑,使得电力企业在市场竞争中占得先机。

With the deepening of electric power market reform, electric power marketing has become the most important work of power plant operation. In the face of the coming power spot market transaction, the real-time calculation of generating cost of power plants is particularly important. For thermal power generating units, the cost of power generation mainly consists of capacitycost and power cost, among which capacity cost is relatively low and relatively stable. The electricity cost mainly includes total fuel cost, auxiliary devices＇ power consumption cost, environmental protection cost and maintenance cost. Aiming at each component of electric power cost, this papercarries out a fine calculation based on real-time data of SIS（supervisory information system） of power plants, and derives the total generation cost for each unit in a power generation enterprise and the total power generation cost of the enterprise, which provides reliable data support for the bidding of power market, thus making power enterprises take the lead in the market competition.
