Experimental Study on Burning Performance of Moxa Sticks

摘要 选取市面常见的三种不同纯度的艾条,利用水平垂直燃烧测试仪和热重分析仪,测定在一定条件下艾条的水平垂直燃烧速率,并对不同纯度艾绒的热分解特性进行了分析和反应动力学参数计算。研究结果表明:艾条水平燃烧速率随风速升高逐渐增大,且风速越大,增大的趋势越明显;艾绒纯度较高的艾条垂直燃烧速度较快;艾绒的热分解包括两个阶段,两个阶段初始热分解温度分别为55℃和235℃左右;分析获得了艾绒主要热分解阶段的动力学模型,并通过计算发现艾绒的热分解机理属于一维扩散模型D1。 Three common kinds of moxa sticks with different purities were chosen in an experiment which was designed to study the moxa stick's horizontal and vertical burning rate,thermal decomposition property and parameters of reaction kinetics with the use of the Horizontal and Vertical Burning Tester and the TGA. The research results show that: the horizontal burning rate increases with the rise of wind speed,and the higher of the wind speed,the more obvious of the rising trend; moxa sticks with a high moxa purity have a higher vertical burning rate; the thermal decomposition of moxa consists of two stages,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the two stages are around 55 ℃ and 235 ℃; the kinetic model of the main thermal decomposition stage is obtained; and it is found through calculation that the thermal decomposition mechanism belongs to the one-dimensional diffusion model D1.
