刍议化工园区灭火救援圈的构建

Construction of Firefighting and Rescue Rim in Chemical Industry Park

现代化工园区火灾事故的突发性强,危害性大,根据实际需要建立灭火救援圈和增援力量的灭火救援圈,对灭火救援所需要的消防资源以及灭火救援的能力需求进行分析,研究跨区域的灭火救援整体资源配置的模式,构建化工园区灭火救援力量编成,对化工园区火灾进行有效的灭火具有非常重要的意义。

Due to the high chance and serious damage of fire accidents in modern chemical industrial area,it is difficult to extinguish the fire efficiently with professional techniques. This paper proposes setting up a firefighting and rescue rim as well as a rim for backup teams according to the actual needs,and analyzes firefighting resources and the needed firefighting capability within these rims so as to build up a trans-regional firefighting mode with recourses integrated. Setting up firefighting rims within chemical industrial area is of great significance to extinguish fire efficiently.
