摘要
以纤维板生产线中的砂光粉、杨木粉、马尾松粉和香樟粉为对象,研究其不同粒径分布的最小点火能;以粉尘种类和粒径分布为因素进行方差分析。结果表明:随着粉尘粒径的增大,最小点火能逐渐增大;砂光粉尘质量轻、比表面积大且含氮量高,最小点火能明显低于相同粒径的杨木、马尾松和香樟的粉尘;粉尘的粒径分布对木质粉尘最小点火能的影响比较显著,而粉尘种类对最小点火能的影响不显著。
Wood dust samples with different particle sizedistribution coming from poplar dust,masson pine dust andcamphor dust,commonly utilized in medium density fiberboardproduction, and sanding dust were used to investigate theminimum ignition energy (Emin). The results show that the Eminincrease with increase of particle size. The Emin of sanding dust issignificantly lower than those of poplar dust, masson pine dustand camphor dust due to its light weight, large specific surfacearea and high nitrogen content. Analysis of variance show that theparticle size distribution of dust has a significant effect on the Emin of wood dust, while the effect of dust species on the minimumignition energy is insignificant.
