摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以乙腈、水作为流动相,用C18不锈钢柱和紫外检测器(230 nm)测定10%吡丙醚乳油的含量,优化了色谱分析条件:检测波长为230 nm,流动相为乙腈—水混合液(V_(乙腈)∶V_水=50∶50),流速为1.0 mL/min。同时,验证了该方法的精密度和准确度。结果表明,方法的标准偏差为0.011 4,变异系数为0.11%,平均回收率为99.63%,线性相关系数为0.999 6。该方法分离完全、峰形对称、线性范围宽,对10%吡丙醚乳油含量的分析具有实际指导意义。
The content of 10 % pyriproxyfen emulsifiable concentrate is determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, C18 stainless steel column and UV detector(230 nm) used to optimize the chromatographic conditions: the detection wavelength is 230 nm; the mobile phase is acetonitrile-water mixture(Vacetonitrile: Vwater = 50:50); the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min. Meanwhile, the precision and accuracy of the method are verified. The standard deviation of the method is 0.011 4; the coefficient of variation is 0.11 %; the average recovery is 99.63 % and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 6. The method has complete separation, symmetrical peak shape and wide linear range. It has practical significance for the analysis of 10 % pyriproxyfen EC content.
