大学生对乙肝认知及态度的调查分析

College students' knowledge and their attitude toward hepatitis B

目的了解在校大学生对乙型病毒性肝炎的认知情况,为进一步在高校开展行之有效的乙肝健康教育提供科学依据。方法在全校随机选取400名大学生,对其进行有关乙肝知识及态度的问卷调查,之后进行统计学分析。结果对乙肝基础知识的总知晓率为35.66%。在乙肝传播途径的认知上,女生比男生认知度高,理工类比文科类高,生源地为城镇的学生比农村来源的认知度高(P<0.05)。约30%的大学生对乙肝患者存在偏见。"广播、电视"、"网络"是该校大学生获取乙肝知识的主要方式,而其喜欢的宣传方式除了这两种途径外,还有"宣传册、板报"方式。结论该校大学生对乙肝认知不足。学校可针对男生、女生或者不同专业学生开展健康教育,另外可加大"宣传册、板报"等宣传方式。

Objective This study aims to understand students＇ knowledge and their attitude towards the hepatitis B in Yan＇an university,which will provide the scientific references for further carrying out the effective and healthy educations for college students.Methods Questionnaires were performed among 400 college students randomly selected in the school,and then statistical analyses were conducted.Results The basic knowledge of hepatitis B was 35.66%.Female students have higher awareness of hepatitis B transmission ways than male ones,as well as science students than liberal art ones or those from urban,than those of rural sources（P〈0.05）.About 30% students have bias in patients with hepatitis B.＂Radio and television＂,＂network＂ are main sources of college students to obtain knowledge of hepatitis B.These two ways are also the most popular ways besides＂picture poster＂.Conclusion The cognitive of hepatitis B are insufficiency among these college students.The effective education ways maybe depend on the students＇ gender,major and source.In addition,＂picture poster＂can be enhanced in our university.
