miR-142-3p在陕北地区结直肠癌患者中的表达及临床意义

The expression of miR-142-3p in colorectal cancer of northern Shaanxi and its clinical significance

目的观察微小microRNA 142-3p在陕北地区结直肠癌患者中的表达及临床意义。方法通过组织原位杂交,检测结直肠癌患者组织中miR-142-3p的表达。结果 miR-142-3p主要定位于细胞的胞浆,在癌组织和癌旁组织中miR-142-3p的表达存在差异。结论 miR-142-3p在陕北地区结直肠癌组织与癌旁组织中呈差异表达,有望成为结直肠癌诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。

Objective To observe the expression of microRNA 142-3p in colorectal cancer of northern Shaanxi and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of miR-142-3p in the tissues of colorectal cancer was detected by in situ hybridization.Results miR-142-3p was mainly located in the cytoplasm of cells.The expression of mi-R142-3p was different in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Conclusion miR-142-3p was differentially expressed in colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of northern Shaanxi.It is expected to become a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
