2016年青少年锦标赛女双冠军技战术特征分析研究

Analysis of Player's Technical and Tactical Characteristics for the Young Women's Doubles Champion on 2016 National Championships

目的:本文以湖北队羽毛球女双李汶妹/王祉怡组合为研究对象,探讨该组合的技战术运用特征,以及能力短板,以帮助这对组合的快速成长,同时也为我国青少年女双项目的人才培养和科学训练提供理论依据。方法:以2016年全国青年锦标赛女子双打冠军运动员王子怡和李汶妹,从小组赛到决赛共计6场比赛的录像资料进行技战术统计。结果:李汶妹/王祉怡主要发球区域集中与1和5两个区域,建议在发球阶段增加2和4号区的比例,打扰对方的接发意图。在发球和接发球得失分情况较好,注意控制接发球技术的稳定性,增加接发球不同落点的训练。不同拍数频率得失分方面,5-12拍以内能充分利用自身的优势和默契的配合。但需加强在身体和心理状态都处于疲劳下能仍保持高稳定性的技战术训练。在不同区域最后一拍技战术得分方面,李汶妹/王祉怡中场技战术得分较高,前场次之。在前场网前的技战术得分方面还有待提升。建议加强网前挑球、搓放的技术动作训练,以提高前场得分率,避免一味通过中场区域的杀球、抽球得分,容易受到对方抑制。

Objective： This paper takes the Hubei badminton women＇s doubles players Li Wenmei/Wang Zhiyi as the object of study,in order to explore the combination of technical and tactical characteristics. Methods： Chooses the combination of obtained 2016 National Youth Badminton Championships women＇s doubles champion of all six of their games in the game video as the analysis basis. Results： Li Wenmei/Wang Zhiyi mainly serves regional concentration on both No. 1 and No. 5 area. They should increase the No. 2 and No. 4 areas in sever lines,which will disturb the other side in order to get score. They have better performance in service points,they should practice more on the stability of receiving technology and different receiving areas training. In different beat frequency terms,they can make full use of their advantages and get score with 5-12 beats. But they should enhance on over 20 beats and strengthen the physical and mental state. In different regions of the last beat scoring,they have a high score in midfield and forecourt is in the second place. The forecourt of the scoring tactics still need to be improved.They should enhance their abilities in lob and rub ball training,in order to improve their forecourt score rate.
