“No Sports,No Youth”——Analysis on Innovation and Innovation of Sports Reform in Fuzhou Middle School

本文针对福州市中学体育发展的现状和问题进行分析,对福州市中学体育发展的经验进行总结。采用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等研究方法,研究认为,福州市中学体育发展的经验包括:观念先行;制定规划,不断改革,打造特色;综合推出各项措施,聚焦目标,整体推动福州市中学体育发展;政策引导,领导重视;提出建议:促进福州市中学体育发展对策:树立以人为本的体育教育改革理念;继续加大引入社会资源的力度;逐步消解"应试"功利观念,使体育育人价值普遍化;政府强化宏观管理,学校精细化管理。

This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of sports development in secondary schools in Fuzhou,and summarizes the experience of sports development in secondary schools in Fuzhou. Using the methods of literature,investigation,interview and other research methods,the author thinks that the experience of Fuzhou middle school sports development includes： the idea first,the planning,the continuous reform,the characteristics,the comprehensive introduction of various measures,focusing on the target,and the overall promotion of the development of Fuzhou middle school physical education; policy guidance,leading attention; Suggestions are put forward： to promote the development of sports in Fuzhou middle school： to establish a people-oriented concept of physical education reform; to continue to increase the introduction of social resources; gradually eliminate the ＂examination＂ utilitarian concept,to make the value of physical education universal; the government strengthens the macro management,the school refined management.
