摘要
目的:探讨单侧L_(4~5)腰椎间盘突出症患者的感觉神经电位情况。方法:回顾性分析47例单侧L_(4~5)节段腰椎间盘突出症患者神经肌电图感觉神经的传导速度与波幅数据,并与健侧比较。结果:47例患者患侧和健侧的腓浅神经、腓肠神经在波幅和传导速度上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。其中有3例(3/47)患者腓浅神经异常,且均表现为感觉神经动作电位(SNAP)波幅降低,分别为健侧27.7μV、患侧7.5μV;健侧11.5μV、患侧2.3μV;健侧6.5μV、患侧3.8μV。感觉传导速度均在正常范围内。结论:单侧L_(4~5)腰椎间盘突出症患者神经肌电图检测中,可能会有腓浅神经SNAP异常现象。
Objective: To investigate the sensory nerve potentials in patients with unilateral L4-5 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: Retrospective analysis the nerve electromyogram data of sensory nerve conduction velocity in forty-seven patients with unilateral L4-5 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, which were compared with the normal side. Results: There was no significant difference in amplitude and conduction velocity for superficial peroneal nerves and sural nerves between the abnormal and normal side in all 47 patients (P〉0.05). The electromyogram of 3 cases showed a decrease in the amplitude of the sensory nerve action potential (SNAP) of the superficial peroneal nerve, 27.7 μV in uninjured side and 7.5 μV in injured side, 11.5 μV in uninjured side and 2.3 μV in injured side, 6.5 μV in uninjured side and 3.8 μV in injured side respectively, and the sensory conduction velocity was within normal limits. Conclusion: There may be of abnormal SNAP for superficial peroneal nerve in patients with unilateral L4-5 lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
