摘要
国有企业转型升级是转变经济发展方式、供给侧改革的重要举措。转型升级过程中的职工分流安置直接关系到企业改制或业务调整能否顺利实施和维护社会的稳定,也关系到企业在改制重组或业务调整后是否具有强大的生命力和可持续发展能力。文章以H公司职工分流安置的成功实践为案例,基于沟通行动理论的视角,探索了国企转型中职工分流安置的有效沟通机制,为国企转型升级中职工分流安置工作提供了有益的借鉴。
The transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises is an important measure to transform the mode of economic development and supply side reform.The relocation and resettlement of workers in the process of transformation and upgrading is directly related to the smooth implementation of enterprise restructuring or business adjustment,and the maintenance of social stability,also related to whether the enterprise has strong vitality and sustainable development ability after restructuring.Based on the successful practice of H company's staff diversion and resettlement,based on the perspective of communication action theory,this paper explores the effective communication mechanism of the workers' shunting and resettlement in the transformation of state-owned enterprises,and provides beneficial reference for the resettlement and resettlement of workers in the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises.
