对我国航空医疗服务安全管理问题的思考

航空医疗是陆海空"三位一体"立体急救网络不可缺少的组成部分,是现代救援和综合救援的重要特征。伴随着《国务院办公厅关于促进通用航空业发展的指导意见》的出台,包括航空医疗服务在内的通用航空业将迎来跨越式发展的春天。各级地方政府、卫生行政部门、医疗机构及有关通航企业都跃跃欲试,纷纷涉足。由于卫生系统缺乏相应的人才和专业队伍,加之航空医疗飞行是高危作业,如何规避风险已成为当务之急。只有加强理论学习和人才培养,通过建章立制规范作业飞行,才有可能在确保安全的前提下促进航空医疗事业健康科学有序发展。

Aviation medical service treatment is the necessary part of trinity of land,sea and air three-dimensional first aid network,and it is the important character of modern first aid and comprehensive rescue. With the publication of General Office of the State Council About Guidelines of Promotion of General Aviation Development,general aviation industry,including aviation medical service,has developed rapidly. Local governments and medical administrative departments at all levels,medical institutions and related general aviation enterprises are all involved gradually.Due to the lack of related talents and professional personnel and the high risk of aviation medial flight,how to avoid risk is the top priority. Strengthening theoretical study and talent cultivation,and establishing a new system to standardize the flight can promote the health,scienctific and orderly development of aviation medical industry.
