内审机制在医院质量持续改进中的应用

当前,医药卫生体制改革不断深化、民众对医疗保健需求日益增加,充分认识医院质量管理中存在的问题和不足,借鉴和吸收先进的管理理念和方法,不断完善质量管理体系,建立并完善内审机制,进而采取切实有效的策略和持续改进措施,对加快医院现代化、标准化和规范化建设的步伐和增强医院核心竞争力均具有十分重要的现实意义。回顾了医院质量管理体系发展现状,介绍了以"过程控制"为核心的内审机制实施路径,分析了内审机制在医院质量持续改进中的应用效果,对内审机制运行过程中存在不足进行思考并提出建议,从而为医院管理者提供借鉴和参考。

At present,the reform of medical and health system has been deepened and people＇s demand for health care is increasing. Fully understanding the problems and deficiencies in hospital quality management,learning and absorbing advanced management concepts and methods,improving the quality management system constantly,establishing and improving the internal audit mechanism,and then taking effective strategies and continuous improvement measures are of great practical significance to accelerate the modernization and standardization of hospitals and strengthen hospital＇s core competitiveness. The paper reviews the current situation of the development of hospital quality management system, introduces the implementation path of internal audit mechanism with ＂process control＂ as its core,analyzes the application effect of internal audit mechanism in the continuous improvement of hospital quality, and ponders and puts forward some suggestions for the shortcomings in the process of internal audit mechanism,so as to provide reference for hospital managers.
