医院文化建设是医院管理方面的重要内容,也是医院发展的内在驱动力。作为一种软实力,越来越受到医院重视。河北医科大学第一医院应用SWOT分析法,针对影响医院文化建设的内部优势因素、劣势因素和外部面临的机会与威胁进行分析,在医院文化建设上采取了一系列措施,取得了一定成效,为公立医院文化建设提供参考。

Hospital cultural construction is an important part in hospital management,as well as the inner drive of hospital development. As a soft power,it draws more and more attention in the hospitals. The First Hospital of Hebei Medical University used the method of SWOT to analyze the inner strengths,weaknesses and outer opportunities,threats which may influence the public hospital cultural construction.
