我国科技社团智库的建设路径研究

Study on the Construction Path of Scientific and Technological Association Think Tank in China

[目的/意义]科技社团具有建设智库的优势,研究科技社团智库建设对于完善智库建设相关理论,促进我国智库发展具有一定意义。[方法 /过程]通过对科技社团和智库相关资料的整理、分析和研究,找出了二者之间的共性,总结了科技社团智库的重要作用。运用SWOT矩阵分析模型对建设科技社团智库的内外部环境进行了分析。[结果 /结论 ]通过分析发现,科技社团向智库方向转型是必然趋势,既是完善国家创新体系、承接政府转移职能的需要,也是提高自身竞争力的需要。在此基础上,提出了科技社团智库建设的路径模式。

[Purpose/significance] The scientific and technological association has the advantages of think tank. Research on the think tank of scientific and technological association is of great significance to perfect the related theory and promote the development of Chinese think tank. [Method/process] Based on the related documents, it finds out the commonality of the scientific and technological association and the think tank, and then, it presents the important role of the scientific and technological association think tank. Also, it explores the internal and external environment of scientific and technological association think tank by SWOT matrix model. [Result/conclusion] Through the analysis, it concludes that the transformation to think tanks is inevitable for science and technology associations. This is not only the need to improve the national innovation system, to undertake the transfer of government functions, but also the need to improve their own competitiveness. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the path model of the construction of scientific and technological association think tank.
