我国企业智库发展现状、特点及趋势

The Development of China's Enterprise Think Tanks

[目的/意义]随着国家对智库建设越来越重视,企业智库作为智库体系的重要组成部分,也迎来加快发展的重要机遇。智库引领已经逐渐成为共识,但需在企业的全力支持下才能加快发展,从而能在立足服务好企业本身的同时扩大外部影响力,为企业带来效益,实现自身价值。[方法 /过程]采用案例分析法,对我国典型企业智库进行分析,包括国有企业智库、互联网企业智库、金融企业智库以及房地产企业智库。[结果 /结论 ]总结当前我国企业智库发展现状和特点,发现企业智库发展的特殊性,并对未来我国企业智库发展趋势进行判断。

[Purpose/significance] As the construction of think tanks have been attracted more and more attention, enterprise think tanks, as an important part of the whole think tank system, have gained good development chance because of government＇s encouragement. The enterprise has begun to realize the importance of think tank and speed up its development with full support. On the base of the good service to the enterprise itself, the enterprise makes use of think tank to expand its external the influence, increase its benefits, and realize its own values.[Method/process] Based on the case study, this paper analyzes several kinds of typical enterprise think tanks, such as the state-owned enterprise think tanks, the internet enterprise think tanks, the financial enterprise think tanks, and the real estate enterprise think tanks in detail. [Result/conclusion] By summarizing the status and characteristics of the enterprise think tank in China, this paper finds out the particularities in the developing process and predicts the future trend.
