摘要
文章以包钢生产X65M管线钢为研究对象,讨论了不同Nb含量、成品厚度与取样方向对X65M管线钢卷板力学性能的影响,数据分析得出,化学元素Nb能够有效细化X65M管线钢卷板晶粒,相同热轧工艺下,成品厚度越薄X65M管线钢卷板低温韧性越好,横向取样机械性能明显高于30°方向取样机械性能。这将为包钢的实际生产和产品验收提供可靠的理论依据。
The article takes X65 M pipeline steel produced by Baotou Steel as the research object and discusses the effect of different contents of Nb,finished product thicknesses and sampling directions on the mechanical properties of X65 M pipeline steel coiled plate. The data analysis showed that the chemical element Nb could effectively refine the grain of X65 M pipeline steel coiled plate.With the same hot rolling process,the thinner the finished product was,the better the low temperature toughness of X65 M pipeline steel coiled plate was,the mechanical performances of lateral sampling was significantly better than those of sampling with 30° direction,which will provide a reliable theoretical basis for the actual production and product acceptance of Baotou Steel.
