摘要
包钢4~#高炉由于炉顶钢结构的设计缺陷,导致更换布料器需要制作专用的起重吊具。基于Inventor软件对吊具进行初步设计与分析,在完成吊具的建模后利用Inventor应力分析模块计算出吊具的应力分布、位移变形及安全系数,从而成功解决了生产现场实际问题。
Due to the design defects of steel structure on furnace top of 4~# blast furnace in Baotou Steel,it is necessary to make special sling for replacing the distributing device. The preliminary design and analysis of sling are carried out with the Inventor software. The stress distribution,displacement deformation and security coefficient of sling are calculated with the Inventor stress analysis module after modeling of sling so that the actual problems on site are successfully solved.
