摘要
文章以神华新疆68万t/a煤基新材料项目净化装置放空筒塔架安装工程为背景,系统地阐述了大型钢制管式超高塔架的安装方法,并在施工中对安装工艺进行了优化,提高了施工效率和工程质量,取得了很好的经济效益,为今后同类工程的施工积累了经验。
In the paper,the installation method of large steel tubular super high tower is systematically elaborated with the installation project for blow-down cylinder tower of purification device for 0. 68 million t/a coal-based new material project of Shenhua Group in Xinjiang as background. The installation process is optimized in the construction so that the construction efficiency and quality are improved as well as the economic benefits are very good,which has accumulated experiences for the constructions of similar projects in the future.
