随着智能手机、数字化平台和APP的广泛应用,资本迎来了它的第三种样态:数字资本。数字资本是在产业资本、金融资本之后的第三种起支配性作用的资本样态,也随之催生了全世界范围内的数字资本主义。数字资本的核心是对一般数据的攫取和占有,并从中牟取大量的利益。一般数据正是每一位普通的数字用户在使用数字化平台时产生的数据,并经过云计算来引导产业资本和金融资本的运行,也正因为如此,数字资本在今天占据着产业资本、金融资本和数字资本构成的金字塔结构的塔尖位置。另一方面,数字资本将每一个体和对象加以数据化,进入它所需要的运算系统中,数字异化成为我们在数字资本主义时代的存在方式。

With the universal application of intellectual phone,digital platform and App,the third mode of capital is emerging： digital capital. It is the third mode of capital following industrial capital and financial capital,which caused digital capitalism in the whole world. The core of digital capital is appropriation of general data,and benefiting from it. On the one hand,general data are produced in the process of common users of platforms and direct the operation of industrial capital and financial capital through the computation of clouds.. Precisely because of it,digital capital occupies the peak of pyramid which is constructed of industrial capital,financial capital,and digital capital. On the other hand,every individual and every object are digitalized by digital capital,pushed into the process of its computation. Digital alienation has become the fundamental model of existence in digital capitalism.
