定量CT在评估骨强度领域的应用研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 骨质疏松症是一种以骨量降低、骨组织微观结构破坏,进而导致骨折风险增高的骨骼疾病,目前可以通过在体的检测方法对骨量和骨结构进行评估。临床中最常用的检测方法为利用双能X射线骨吸收测定(DXA)测量单位面积内的骨密度,但是由于DXA测量的骨密度是三维空间分布的骨组织在二维平面的投影,并不能真实反映骨组织在三维空间的分布,同时不能有效区分松质骨和皮质骨,使其在评估骨强度准确性方面存在明显误差。
