大学生职业生涯规划的目标管理是大学生职业生涯规划过程中的重要一环,是规划实现的保障。将职业生涯规划教育与目标管理法相结合,研究如何运用目标管理法,对目标进行合理有效的分解,以便更好地实现目标,并构建目标管理法视域下的大学生职业生涯规划教育体系。

The management by objectives of college and university students＇ career phnning is an important part in the process of college and university students＇ career planning and the guarantee of planning. Combining the career planning education with the man- agement by objectives, this paper studies how to use the management by objectives method to decompose objectives reasonably and effectively, so as to better realize the objectives and construct college and university students＇ career phnning education sys- tem from the perspective of the management by objectives.
