基于SWOT分析的高职学生就业对策研究

Study on Employment Countermeasures of Higher Vocational College Students Based on SWOT Analysis

随着我国经济的不断发展,职业教育越来越受到重视,高职学生的规模不断扩大。运用SWOT分析法,通过对高职学生的就业优势、劣势、外部环境、就业机会进行了分析,剖析了目前高职学生就业存在的问题,提出了促进高职学生就业的对策。

With the development of national economy, vocational education is paid more and more attention. SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the employment advantages, disadvantages, external environment, and employment opportunities of higher vocational students. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the employment of higher vocational students, and puts forward countermeasures to promote the employment of higher vocational students.
