我国小城镇可持续转型发展研究综述与展望

Research progress and prospect of the theory of sustainable transformation of small towns in China

小城镇、大战略,既是新型城镇化的重要内涵与发展方向,也是国家层面推动城镇化发展的重要路径和选择。作为连接城市与农村的纽带和桥梁,小城镇的可持续发展是落实新型城镇化和乡村振兴战略的关键路径和重要保障。从我国小城镇的概念及演化机制、经济发展、社会发展、生态建设、空间发展演化、转型发展的治理模式与管理策略等六个方面对相关研究进行述评,并从理论研究、经济发展、社会发展、生态建设、空间发展以及治理模式与政策研究等方面对未来的研究动态与趋势分析进行研判,以期推进小城镇充分发展的大战略。

Small towns and big strategy are both the important connotation and development direction of new-type urbanization,but also the important path and choice to promote urbanization development at the national level. As the link and bridge between urban and rural areas,the sustainable development of small towns is the key path and important guarantee for implementing the strategy of new urbanization and rural revitalization. This paper makes a literature review on the related research from six aspects of the concept and evolution mechanism of small towns in our country,economic development,social development,ecological construction, evolution of space development, and governance mode and management strategy of the transformation development,and also conducts a study and judge on the research trends and trend analyses in future from the aspects of theoretical research,the economic development,social development,ecological construction,spatial development and governance mode and policy research for the future and to study the dynamic and trend analysis.
