摘要 结合工作实际,建立配电自动化终端设备全过程管控的状态分层评价体系,采用层次分析法确定了各评价指标权重,给出了各状态量的评分细则,为配电自动化终端设备提供运维策略的依据。通过算例分析,表明所给出的评价体系及方法能够准确地反映配电自动化终端的状态,能全面地对配电自动化终端展开评价,具备较高的可操作性。 Based on the actual work, a state hierarchical evaluation system for the whole process management control of distribution automation terminal equipment is established. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by adopting analytic hierarchy process, and scoring rules of each state quantity are given, which provide basis for the operation maintenance strategy of distribution automation terminal equipment. By example analysis, it shows that the given evaluation system and method can accurately reflect the state of distribution automation terminal and carry out comprehensively the evaluation of distribution automation terminal which has higher operability.
