供给侧改革视角下陆良蚕桑产业转型升级动力探析

Analysis on the Transformation and Upgrading of Luliang Sericulture Industry from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

蚕桑产业作为陆良县的传统优势特色,现已形成蚕种、栽桑养蚕、缫丝、蚕丝被、丝绸、蚕沙叶绿素、桑枝食用菌等多环节紧密相联产业链,但也存在思想定式根源、体制机制不顺和产业结构不优等问题,必须转变思想观念,坚定不移地深化供给侧结构性改革及相关配套改革,主动适应内外环境变化,实施"产业链再造、价值链再造、利益链再造"工程,加快实现蚕桑向提质增效、可持续发展转变,开创陆良蚕桑产业化、规模化、现代化发展新格局。

As a traditional advantage of Luliang County,sericulture industry has formed a closely linked industrial chain of silkworm egg,mulberry sericulture,reeling silk,silk quilt,silk,silkworm chlorophyll and mulberry edible mushroom,etc. However,there are still some problems of sericulture industry in Luliang Country,such as fixed thinking set,unsmooth system and mechanism and unsatisfactory industrial structure,etc. Therefore,measures must be taken to create new developmental pattern of industrialization,scale and modernization of Luliang sericulture industry,such as changing ideological concepts,unswervingly deepening supply-side structural reforms and related supporting reforms,and proactively adapting to changes in internal and external environment,implementing ＂rebuilding industrial chains,reengineering value chains,reconstructing profit chain＂project,and accelerating the transformation of sericulture to quality and efficiency improvement and sustainable development.
