摘要
对塑料拼接片注塑模具设计及模流分析进行研究。分析了塑料拼接片结构和工艺性,通过应用计算机辅助软件,创建出模具实体模型。运用Moldflow软件创建模流分析的有限元模型,再对产品注塑过程做流动、冷却、翘曲分析,从而验证了注塑模具设计的合理性。此设计可以为简单的塑件模具设计提供参考。
The design of plastic splice injection and mold flow analysis were studied. This paper analyzed the structure and technology of plastic splicing pieces, and created a mold entity model through the application of computer aided software. The Moldflow software was used to create the finite element model of the mold flow analysis, and then the flow, cooling and warping analysis of the product injection process were performed to verify the rationality of the injection mold design. This design could provide reference for the design of simple plastic parts.
