中国共产党人的初心和使命,就是为中国人民谋幸福,为中华民族谋复兴。初心和使命既是中国共产党人的政治本色,也是中国共产党人的使命所在,更是中国共产党人立身发展之基。新时代中国共产党人不忘初心、牢记使命,就必须科学把握"不忘初心"的哲学意蕴、时代内涵和时代价值,坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想这一马克思主义中国化的最新成果武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作。党员干部必须树立"四个意识",坚定"四个自信",牢记"四个服从",认真践行马克思主义的真理观、历史观、群众观和实践观,切实做到全心全意为人民服务,就能够赢得民心认同,汲取不竭的力量源泉,以党的坚强领导和顽强奋斗引领广大人民群众创造美好生活。

The original aspiration and mission of Chinese communists is to seek happiness for Chinese people and seek revival for the Chinese nation. The original aspiration and mission is not only the political nature and re-sponsibility of communists, but also the foundation upon which Chinese communists base themselves. To firmly remember the mission and never forget the original aspiration in the new era,Chinese communists must scientifi- cally grasp die philosophical implication, contemporary connotation and significance of “ never forgetting the orig- inal aspiration”,and persist in arming their mind, guide the practice and promote their work with the newest product of Marxism sinification, i. e. ,Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. The party member cadres must set up the “four senses” , firmly hold the “ four confidences” , remember the “four compliances”,carefully practice the Marxist views on truth, history,mass and practice, and serve the peo- pie wholeheartedly. By doing so,we can necessarily gain the popular support, absorb power from an inexhaustible source, and lead the mass people to create a beautiful life under the strong leadership and tenacious struggle of the Party.
