开展互联网企业党建必须澄清三种认识误区

Three Kinds of Misunderstanding Must be Clarified in the Party Building in Internet Enterprises

党的十九大报告对基层党建提出了新的任务要求:以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能。这一要求为包括互联网企业在内的新兴领域党建指明了工作方向。为了推进互联网企业党建的深入发展,必须澄清在互联网企业党建上的三种认识误区:一是误把互联网企业党建的类型特殊性等同于一般性企业党建;二是误把互联网企业党建的目标差异性混同于同质型企业党建;三是误把互联网企业党建的发展动态性简化为模式化企业党建。

The report of the CPC Nineteenth National Congress has placed a new requirement on the grassroots party building ： focusing on the improvement of organizational force and strengthening political functions. This re-quirement has shown clearly the direction of party building in newly emerging fields including internet enterpri-ses. To deeply develop the party building in internet enterprises, we must clarify three kinds of misunderstanding ： first, mistaking the special type of party building in internet enterprises as the ordinary type of party building in ordinary enterprises ; second, mistaking the differentiated objective of party building in internet enterprises as that in homogeneous enterprises ; and third, mistaking the dynamic development of party building in internet en-terprises as the modular party building in ordinary enterprises.
