Leading Cadres Must Improve Their Political Abilities Continuously in the New Era

不断提高政治觉悟和政治能力,对于我们共产党人推进党的建设新的伟大工程,推动中国特色社会主义伟大事业,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦等,有着极其重要的理论意义和实践价值。领导干部要提高政治能力,应该着力从提高以下几个方面的能力入手:政治理论学习力、政治忠诚力、"四个意识"践行力、政治理论思维力和政治历练力。

Continuously improving the political consciousness and political abilities has an extremely important theoretical and practical meaning for our Chinese communists to conduct the great struggle with a lot of new his-torical characteristics,boost the new great project of party building, promote the great undertaking of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and realize the China dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. To improve the political abilities, leading cadres should make efforts in the following aspects： the ability to leam political theory,the political loyalty,the ability to practice the “ four kinds of consciousness” , the ability of political theoretical thinking,and the political experience.
