基于光谱法的脾虚胀满合剂指纹图谱研究

摘要 建立脾虚胀满合剂的紫外—可见指纹图谱及红外指纹图谱,提升其质量标准,采用紫外可见分光光度计和红外光谱仪分别测定10批次脾虚胀满合剂,建立脾虚胀满合剂的对照紫外—可见指纹图谱和对照红外指纹图谱,采用相关系数法计算脾虚胀满合剂样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度.结果显示,含量符合规定的样品,其吸光度满足200 nm(0.954~1.371 Abs)、223 nm(0.477~0.687 Abs)、252 nm(0.122~0.174 Abs)、282 nm(0.248~0.361 Abs)、308 nm(0.104~0.149 Abs),且紫外—可见图谱与对照图谱的相似度大于0.925,红外图谱与对照图谱的相似度大于0.861.实验表明,紫外—可见指纹图谱联合红外指纹图谱可以用于脾虚胀满合剂的质量评价. The paper aims to establish the UV-visible and infrared fingerprints of Pixu Zhangman mixture and to improve the quality standards of Pixu Zhangman mixture. 10 batches of Pixu Zhangman mixture are measured through UV-visible spectrophotometer and infrared spectrometer to establish the contrast UV-visible and infrared fingerprints of Pixu Zhangman mixture. Correlation coefficient method is used to calculate the similarity between the sample fingerprints and contrast fingerprints. The results show that the content meets the specification of the samples. The absorbance is in the range of 200 nm(0. 954 ~ 1. 371 Abs),223 nm(0. 477 ~ 0. 687 Abs),252 nm(0. 122 ~ 0. 174 Abs),282 nm(0. 248~ 0. 361 Abs),308 nm(0. 104 ~ 0. 149 Abs). Meanwhile,the similarity between the UV-visible spectrum and the contrast spectrum is more than 0. 925 and the similarity between the infrared spectrum and the contrast spectrum is more than 0. 861. It's concluded that the UV-visible combined with infrared fingerprints method can be used to control the quality of Pixu Zhangman mixture.
