直接铺管法在砂质地层大口径管道中的应用

近年来,直接铺管法作为国际非开挖领域的新技术,综合体现了以往传统顶管和水平定向钻进设备的技术优势。2016年直接铺管法及设备引入中国,在敷设输气管道穿越河流上取得了成功应用;2017年3月下旬,在陕京四线输气管道工程中无定河直接铺管法的成功应用,无疑为直接铺管法在砂质地层大口径管道乃至于其他工况的推广应用提供了宝贵的经验。

As a new technology in the international non-excavation field in recent years, the direct pipe laying method comprehensively reflects the technical advantages of the conventional pipe jacking and horizontal directional drilling equipment in the past. In 2016, the direct pipe laying method and equipment introduced in China have achieved a lot of successes in river-crossing. In late-March 2017, the successful application of the Wudinghe direct pipe laying method in the fourth Shaanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline project undoubtedly provided valuable experience for the promotion and application of this technology on sandy stratum large diameter pipelines and other working conditions.
