元坝超深高含硫气井井筒堵塞诊断技术 被引量:2

摘要 元坝超深高含硫气田自2014年底投产以来已有11口气井发生16井次井筒堵塞,严重影响了气井正常生产。在对已堵塞井系统分析的基础上,根据不同堵塞类型所表现出的井口压力、井口温度变化特征,以及水合物形成深度预测,建立了对水合物堵和复合堵两种堵塞类型的快速诊断方法,经验证诊断符合率100。同时针对复合堵,利用模糊诊断综合评价方法对各影响因素进行了评价,分析了堵塞物来源,为解堵措施的制定提供了依据。 Since the production started in late 2014, there have been 11 relief wells that have been blocked, which seriously affected the normal production of gas wells. On the basis of analyzing blocked well, according to wellhead pressure, wellhead temperature variation characteristics and hydrate formation depth prediction of different plugging, rapid diagnostic methods for hydrate plugging and composite plugging have been established. Through verification, the diagnosis accordance rate is 100%. At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy diagnosis is used to evaluate the influence factors, and the source of blockage is analyzed.
