摘要 开发了一种利用尿压传感实现的新型导尿装置。该装置用于因各种原因不能正常排尿而需要长期留置导尿管的患者。装置借助压力传感和电子控制,实现日常医用导尿管的自动通断。对于临床上长期留置导尿管的患者,它既可以有效地保证膀胱的舒缩功能,促进膀胱机能的保持与尽快恢复,又能降低医护人员的工作强度和减轻患者的经济负担。 To design a new type of controlled catheterization device by exploiting the pressure sensing. The device was suitable for patients who are unable to urinate normally for a variety of reasons and require long-term indwelling catheter. The device,with pressure sensing and electronic control,achieved the daily medical catheter automatically off. For patients with long-term indwelling catheter,it can not only ensure the bladder systolic and diastolic function effectively,promote the preservation of bladder function and recovery as soon as possible,but also reduce the medical staff's workload and reduce the patient's financial burden.
