摘要
苏州市金阊实验中学校是一所以青年教师为主的年轻学校,教师队伍呈现年轻化,不稳定的特点。学校用文化引领助推青年教师的成长,在实践探索中,以"三层三阶"发展路径规范青年教师成长,以信息化为抓手提速青年教师发展,以资源的时空重组优化青年教师发展,取得一定成效。
Suzhou Jinchang Shiyanzhong School is a young school dominated by young teachers,which makes the faculty team unstable.The school uses culture to promote the growth of young teachers.In practice,the growth approach of young teachers is standardized with the"three levels and three steps",and their development is speeded up by information technology and is optimized by the time and space reorganization of resources,and some achievements have been achieved.
