摘要
目的:探讨分别选择颈椎X线以及多层螺旋CT对儿童寰枢关节半脱位患者施以疾病诊断后获得的效果。方法:选择我院2015年06月-2017年05月收治的193例儿童寰枢关节半脱位患者作为实验对象;依据诊断方法的不同展开随机分组;A1组(72例):选择X线常规检查方法;A2组(121例)。结果:对两组儿童寰枢关节半脱位患者的性别比例以及年龄展开对比,结果呈现出无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于小于7岁学龄前儿童,临床在施以寰枢椎半脱位诊断期间,选择多层螺旋CT方法可以获得显著效果,对于不小于7岁儿童,根据具体要求合理进行CT检查或者常规X线检查。
Objective： To investigate the effect of cervical spondylosis and multi-slice spiral CT on diagnosis of children with atlantoaxial subluxation. Methods： A total of 193 children with atlantoaxial subluxation enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2017 were selected and grouped based on different diagnostic. Methods： Group A1（n=72）： routine X-ray examination; Group A2（n=121）. Results：The sex ratio and age of children with atlantoaxial subluxation in both groups were compared. The results showed no significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For children less than 7 years of preschool age, clinical diagnosis of atlantoaxial subluxation during the selection of multi-slice spiral CT method can obtain significant results for children of not less than 7 years, according to the specific requirements of a reasonable CT or routine X-ray examination.
