摘要 如何变革传统教学模式,促使学生参与课堂教学成为摆在高校教师面前迫切需要解决的问题,基于慕课的混合式教学为解决这一问题提供了新思路。根据基因工程课程的特点,建立了基因工程慕课(MOOC)线上平台,在此基础上,从翻转课堂、设计辩论赛、案例教学、人物传记与教学内容的无缝融合、考核评价体系的构建等几个方面对混合式教学模式进行初步的探究,通过问卷调查和成绩分析,评价其教学效果。经过三年的教学实践,有效地提高了教学效果,为推动混合式教学模式在基因工程教学中的应用打下了基础。 How to change the traditional teaching mode and make the students to take an active part in the classroom activities has become an urgent problem for the college teachers. Blended instruction provides a new idea for solving the problem. According to the characteristics of genetic engineering curriculum, the MOOC platform online of genetic engineering was constructed. On this basis, the blended teaching reform was explored from the following aspects such as flipped classroom, debate contest, case teaching, biographies seamless integration with teaching content, construction of the assessment system. The teaching effects were evaluated through the questionnaire investigation and score analysis. Through practice for 3 years, these measurements had improved the educational effect and laid a foundation for the application of blended instruction in genetic engineering teaching.
