摘要
建立了同时萃取卷烟主流烟气中氨和苯酚的方法,讨论了卷烟主流烟气中氨和苯酚捕集方式、萃取剂、萃取方式及萃取时间.利用标准YC/T 377—2010中样品处理方法同时萃取卷烟主流烟气中的氨和苯酚,即0.01 M盐酸捕集卷烟主流烟气中粒相和气相成分,粒相成分振荡40 min,混合粒相萃取液和气相萃取液后分析.两种方法经配对t检验P=0.72,说明该方法苯酚含量检测与烟草行业标准YC/T 255中样品处理方式的检测结果无明显差异.
In this paper,a new pre-treatment method for extraction of ammonia and phenolic in mainstream cigarette smoke from mainstream cigarette smoke simultaneously was developed. The optimal conditions containing capture mode,extractant,extraction mode and extraction time were studied. The whole experimental process followed the standard YC/T 377—2010. Both the condensate and the gas in mainstream cigarette smoke were trapped by 0. 01 mol HCL. After shaking for 40 minutes,the condensate was mixed with gas part for the further sample analysis. The result indicates that the determination of phenol via the proved method have no remarkable difference compared to the standard YC/T 255,with a paired t test of P = 0. 72.
