结合目前高校工程管理的现状,阐述施工总承包管理模式的特点,对某工程其中一项指标的造价进行简要分析,探索实施施工总承包管理模式在保证质量、进度、安全等前提下,通过创新管理模式,明确责任权利,完善考核机制,减少工程建设费用,对项目投资进行控制.

Based on the current situation of project management in colleges and universities,the characteristics of the general contracting management model of construction are expounded. A brief analysis is made on the cost of one of the indicators of a project to explore a way to control the project investment by innovating management models,clarifying responsibility rights,and improving the assessment mechanism under the premise of ensuring quality,progress and safety.
