摘要
随着我国经济的深入发展以及货币国际化程度的进一步加深,中国产业升级和经济转型已成为大势所趋。在去产能的大潮下,我国原本的劳动密集型企业势必将受到巨大冲击。人才是21世纪最宝贵的资源,如何使人力资源配置最优化,以达到成功转型的目的,是需要重点研究的问题。
With the in-depth development of China's economy and the deepening of the degree of currency internationalization,China's industrial upgrading and economic transformation has become a general trend. Under the tide of de-capacity,China's original labor-intensive enterprises will inevitably be greatly affected. Talent is the most precious resource in the 21 st century. How to optimize the allocation of human resources in order to achieve the goal of successful transformation is the issue that this article needs to focus on.
